We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the shoebox, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
